Over-the hill filmmaker Charlie Nabis is hired to find, then film, a certain reclusive billionaire. On the way, he meets and falls in love with a woman named America. When the billionaire is found dead and America's dying, Charlie must escape Russian gangsters, crazy street people, and place his own life in danger - all to save America.
