淘气小兵兵们有了自己的弟弟或者妹妹，但是他们之间始终无法和平相处。他们的爸爸制作了一个“恐龙车”，准备参加东京的展览。在托运的时候，孩子们把恐龙车开走了，并且在森林里遇到了危险。孤立无援的孩子们开始寻找“会魔法”的蜥蜴巨人，大人们也开始了他们的搜索行动。Tommy faces responsiblity when Dil, his new baby brother is born. As with all newborns, the child becomes a bane to Tommy and the rest of his gang. Even Phil and Lil don't like them. So they decide to return Dil to where he came from, the hospital. But they get lost along the way, REALLY lost, and get into even more trouble with a circus. Can they find their way home and can Tommy and Dil just get along?
