刷票都刷到美国去了，看来IMDB的评分也不靠谱啊。

It doesn't matter where or whom vote. It does count the votes from the IMDB's regular voters for the Ranking. Here, more than 70% votes are probably first time (fans) or non-regular voters. The film wouldn't be listed in Top 250 even if it has 10/10 with more than 100K votes. There is a logic behind IMDB's regular voters. No one knows that.

尽管IMDB的投票不以国家和个人身份为依据，但是投票的权重会根据用户是否经常使用IMDB来计算。这部电影70%的投票来自于初次注册的用户和不经常使用IMDB的用户。因此，即使即使有超过10万的用户投满分（10/10）给这部电影，这部电影依然不会被列入到最佳250部电影之中。群众的眼睛是雪亮的，刷票者不知道这些。

11,000+ votes for 10/10 rating seems fishy, other ratings are less then 700! Its not just one fanboy. They have forums. All the members are encouraged to give the movie the highest rating.
