I know I am getting emotional now, but this documentary really touched my heart.
It's kinda a "white hero" movie, about some American guy going all the way to an Indian village to take care of kids with HIV there. Some scenes are just unbearably brutal, for the sick kids part. I literally covered my eyes several times during the screening. But the humanity, the kids' smiles and the genuine personal emotion connection are so beautifully real at the same time.
Feeling sooooo blessed now to be able to live in NYC, to have a life I want to live, to have people I love and love me around.
The movie is going to be on national show from this Friday. All proceeds will go to AIDS organizations. And it won the Grand Jury Prize Documentary and Audience Award in Sundance Film Festival 2013, if you need a popular reason to go to theaters.
