你是谁如果你不再认识自己?我又是谁如果我的过去完全消失?什么是身份?它又是如何与记忆联系在一起?想像明日醒来时已记不起今天的一切。所有的记忆都不复存在。想像在丢失了自我背景中生活,不再认得那些认识你的人,好像第一次与这个世界相遇。最后,想像这一切都发生在一次独自的中国火车之旅中。

Hunting Down Memory
Who are you if you do not know yourself? Who am I if my whole past is
gone? What is identity? In which way is identity connected to
memory? Imagine waking up tomorrow without recalling today. All
recollections are deleted. Imagine living without a background
history, without recognizing those who know you. Imagine encountering
the world as if it was for the first time. And finally, imagine this
happening to you while travelling alone on a train in China.
