It really has been a while since I was so so touched by a movie last time. There are so many topics to discuss and deserving to think about seriously in this book or movie, such as the relationship across ages, the family education under religion faith, the vesus between law and faith.
I am really moved by the relationship between Fiona and Adam, just like I could be one of them despite the predictable absurdity and ridicule thought by the worldly people but I just can't help weeping when Fiona gets Adam out on the rainy night and when she sits by him in the hospital, seeing him dying and regrets.
I now finally perceive the charm of lan McEwan.
