2, whole grain bread and make sure to check the sugar and leave it in the fridge before eating

4, trick your brain. have some carb drink in your mouth and don't swallow it. (总觉得呼吸困难的时候会忍不住咽下去,而且这样对牙齿好吗,而且在健身房这样一直喝了吐很恶心吧,还是说要不停的跑洗手间去吐?)
